Purpose
Ageless Beauties on the Move fosters a sisterhood through our shared lived experiences, in community and connection. We embrace aging gracefully and inspire others to do the same, without fear or judgment, to take care of #1:YOU! We seek to cultivate and sustain a healthier lifestyle by embracing opportunities for mental and physical wellness to help inspire living your best life! Our purpose is to provide peer support to make a difference.
Vision
We envision a world where age is defined not by physical beauty but by timeless wisdom to share, cherish, and cultivate our best beautiful selves 360 degrees, and through peer support in our mental health and physical wellness journeys.
Mission
As a support group, Ageless Beauties on the Move brings together a collaborative mindset to inspire, motivate, and uplift women through "Walk and Talk". Walk-and-talk is a shared opportunity to take better care of ourselves as we age gracefully through movement & connection. We focus on mental health and physical wellness opportunities that promote healthier lifestyles without fear or judgment in our individual and collective journeys. We share resources and our lived experiences, and volunteer throughout our communities to make a positive impact on ourselves and others.
It's very simple. My desire is to make a difference, bringing women of all ages together to embrace aging gracefully. With a doctorate in Organizational Learning, Leadership, and Innovation, I am an advocate of transformational change and the creation of new opportunities for women to support each other and connect as a sisterhood. My latest development focuses on our journeys of mental health and physical wellness.
I use my capacity to empower women to navigate their lived health experiences with grace, strength, and an unwavering sense of self-love, regardless of age. My approach blends intentionality with intuitive wisdom, creating an inclusive culture where women feel empowered to literally take steps together without fear of judgment through weekly walk-and-talk opportunities as they build community.
Ageless Beauties on the Move was founded in January 2025 with the personal goal of embracing my own aging process. Also a result of my dissertation (West, 2022), I was inspired to form a women's support group focused on connection, mentoring, learning, and celebration. Ageless Beauties on the Move is a private Facebook group where I provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for women to collaborate and engage in sharing their individual and collective goals.
Additionally, through my advocacy of giving back and paying it forward, Ageless Beauties on the Move prides itself on its community service work and volunteerism to make a difference. Lastly, I look forward to conducting research and publishing all about Ageless Beauties on the Move in the near future. In the meantime, enjoy visiting this space.
